Event Details
The Miss Red River/Miss Bluebonnet 2026 will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 5:00 pm in Forney, Texas at The OC Theatre. General admission tickets will be available at the venue on the day of the show for $25 each (children 2 years and under and Miss America/Miss America's Teen Organization titleholders are admitted free). Cash and card accepted.

Phases of Competition

Private Interview takes place prior to the on-stage competition. This 10-minute conversation with the panel of judges covers your Community Service Initiative (CSI), your fact sheet, current and social events, pop culture, and more. Questions are decided upon by the panelists.

On-Stage Conversation takes place immediately following the opening number during the competition. Your question will reference your CSI and the response will be no more than 30 seconds.

Health & Fitness is your opportunity to showcase your commitment to living #MissAmericaFit. All contestants will wear the Miss America-curated red Rebel Athletic fitness wear.

Talent or HERStory is a 90-second showcase of a talent of your choice. Please refer to the Contestant Forms section of this website for a list of approved talents selections and music licensing information.

Evening Gown is a demonstration of your grace, poise, sense of style and confidence in an evening wear of your choosing.
